Sensedge¶
The Kaiterra Sensedge is a commercial indoor air quality monitor with a touch screen and replaceable sensors.

Configuration¶
To configure the monitor, power it up and operate it with the touch screen according to the following instructions:
To gather the information required for adding the monitor to the gams platform, see Monitor Information
To connect the monitor to a WiFi network, see WiFi Setup
To configure the monitor to send data directly to the gams platform, see MQTT Setup
Monitor Information¶
To gather the information required for adding the monitor to the gams platform, follow the steps below:

page:Its UUID is available on the
Unique ID
lineIts model is available on the
Model
line, e.g.SE-100
WiFi Setup¶
To connect the monitor to a WiFi network, follow the steps below:
Tap the
Settings
button at the bottom leftTap
WiFi
Set
Enabled
to on (the button should turn green)Select the network to connect to in the list below
Provide the password if required
If the connection was successful, the SSID
line will list the network name
and the WiFi icon at the end of the line will have a green checkmark.
MQTT Setup¶
To configure the monitor to send data directly to the gams platform, follow the steps below:
Tap the

button at the bottom leftTap

Tap
Connectivity
Tap
MQTT
Set the following parameters:
MQTT Uri
: bridge.measureofquality.comMQTT Port
: 1883MQTT SSL
: disable (the button should be greyed out)
Tap
Restart Service
At this point, the log window should show a successful green message stating:
Successfully connected:tcp://bridge.measureofquality.com:1883
