Profile

User Profile is where you can see and manage your own user information, authentication, platform setting, and notification preference.

Profile Management

To access your User Profile, click on Profile on the left navigation menu of CC:

User Information

You can change your full name and email address here. Note that you cannot change your own Role. When you are done, click on Save of the section to save your changes.

Authentication

You can change your password here. Note that you are required to fill in the old password correctly. When you are done, click on Save of the section to save your changes.

Platform Setting

You can select your user language, timezone, display timezone, and display density here.

User language decides the display language of your CC and the language of your notification emails.

Setting display timezone as Location will make Node Overview and Node Details display Node data in the timezone of the monitor’s physical location, and setting it as User will make Node Overview and Node Details display data in the timezone of your User Profile.

Display density decides the default display style of your Node Overview.

When you are done, click on Save of the section to save your changes.

Notification Preference

You can check to enable or uncheck to disable any email notification for yourself here. When you are done, click on Save of the section to save your changes.
