Nodes¶
Nodes are user-facing representations of monitor and sensor data, with associated names, Locations, and Tags.
Node Overview¶
To access Node Overview, click on Nodes
on the left navigation menu of CC:
The Node Overview page is where you can see all the Nodes under your Organization and get their real-time data.
You can filter the Nodes by Organization and Tag at the top of the page.
You can also switch between Wide
view and Compact
view at the top-right corner of the page. Under Compact
view,
you can sort Nodes by any parameter descending or ascending with the ▾
or ▴
buttons in the column header.
Node Details¶
To access Node Details of a Node, click on its name on the Node Overview page.
The Node Details page is where you can get the real-time data of a single Node and view its historical data graph.
You can use parameter tabs and time-selection buttons above the historical data chart to display data from different parameters and any desired time range on the chart.
Node Management¶
Note
These features require Maintainer role or above.
Node Information¶
To access Node Information of a Node, click on the white Info
button () of the Node on the Node Overview page or on the
Node Detail page.
Node Edition¶
To edit a Node, click on the green Edit
button () of the Node on the Node Overview page or on the
Node Detail page.
You can rename the Node and update its Location on the Node Edition page. If you are an Operator or above, you can also
change its sensor UUID, model, etc. When you are done, click on Save
to save your changes.
Node Creation¶
Note
This feature requires Partner status and Operator role or above.
To create a Node, click on the the Add new Node
button at the top-right of the Node Overview page.
You need to fill in the name, Location, sensor UUID, and sensor model of the Node. When you are done, click on
Create
to add a new Node.
Node Deletion¶
Note
This feature requires Partner status and Operator role or above.
Warning
Use this feature with great caution.
To delete a Node, click on the red Delete
button () of the Node on the Node Overview page or on the Node Detail page.
