###### Square ###### The Kaiterra Square is a recessed commercial indoor air quality monitor. Specifications ============== * Power: AC version: 100~240V 50/60Hz / DC version: 10~30V / customizable for PoE via an external adapter * Connectivity: WiFi / Ethernet / Modbus via RS-485 Measurement fields ------------------ * PM2.5 * TVOC * CO2 * Temperature * Relative humidity Configuration ============= To access the configuration page of the monitor, follow the steps below: #. Power up the monitor #. Remove the front panel #. Use a sharp pin to press and hold the button inside the "ON/OFF" pinhole for 10 seconds, until the red indicator light flashes on #. Open the "Kaiterra Configuration Tool" (`download here `_) on a Windows / Mac OS / Linux computer #. Connect your computer to the wireless hotspot created by Kaiterra Square; its SSID (network name) should start with "Kaiterra-SQ-100" #. The "Kaiterra Configuration Tool" will detect the monitor and automatically enter its configuration page You may now set up the monitor on the configuration page according to the following instructions: * To gather the information required for adding the monitor to the gams platform, see :ref:`monitors/kaiterra/square:Monitor Information` * To connect the monitor to a WiFi network, see :ref:`monitors/kaiterra/square:WiFi Setup` * To configure the monitor to send data directly to the gams platform, see :ref:`monitors/kaiterra/square:MQTT Setup` When you finish configuring the monitor, make sure that ``Sleep mode`` is *OFF* or unchecked and click on ``Configure Device`` at the bottom of the window. Monitor Information ------------------- #. On the "Kaiterra Configuration Tool", click the ``Device`` tab at the top left #. At the top of the page, under the ``Device details`` section: * Its UUID is on the ``UDID`` line * Its model is on the ``Model`` line, e.g. ``SQ-100`` WiFi Setup ---------- #. On the "Kaiterra Configuration Tool", click the ``Device`` tab at the top left #. Scroll down the page to find the ``Wifi`` section #. Under the ``Wifi`` section, enter the ``SSID`` of the wireless network you wish to connect the monitor to #. For the ``Security`` option: * If the WiFi network does not require a password, select *None* * If the WiFi network requires a password, select the corresponding security protocol (the most common one is *WPA/WPA2-PSK*), and enter the ``Password`` MQTT Setup ---------- #. On the "Kaiterra Configuration Tool", click the ``Device`` tab at the top left #. Scroll down the page to find the ``MQTT`` section #. Enter the ``Broker URI``: *bridge.measureofquality.com* #. Enter the ``Broker port``: *1883*
